Check Eligibility
Unopened, unused items in original packaging are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Consumables and used devices are not returnable unless defective on arrival (DOA).

Email Us to Start
Email cookiescarts.store@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Do not ship anything back until you receive authorization from our team.

Receive Authorization
We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused upon arrival.

Once the return is received and inspected, we process your refund to the original payment method (3 to 10 business days) or arrange a reship based on your preference.
